The staff were polite and made an effort to assist.
During my 4-night stay in the Suite with City View, I was let down by a few major issues. The noise from the street was unbearable, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the kitchenette was poorly equipped, lacking basic utensils, which made preparing even simple meals challenging. The breakfast selection was limited, and we often struggled to communicate our dietary preferences, which added to our frustration.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with rose petals, making our honeymoon special. The air conditioner worked great, and the bath was super relaxing after exploring Hanoi. We had plenty of space to move around, which was a plus. Plus, it was surprisingly quiet at night despite being in the hustle and bustle. Really enjoyed the view too!
